MePlus Participants will be able to track, from their Android, steps, sleep, stress and tobacco use. In addition to tracking, participants can easily see how they are doing over time in comparison to their individual goals. Tracking will synchronize automatically with their health and well-being web portal. Participants will also be able to see when they have met their incentive, if applicable. Trackers will allow participants to • Set and work toward goals • See progress over time • Receive visual feedback on success • View reward status (if applicable) Additionally participants can track • Steps and activity • Stressors and level of stress • Sleep duration and quality • Tobacco triggers and use MePlus is available if you’re eligible for HealthPartners health and well-being programs.
