Locksmith is your companion when you are in distress. Find a locksmith in your locality when you lose your home key. Locksmith is a quick solution when you are locked out...it is just a tap away! Once you download the app, you will land on log in page of the app. However, we do not compel you to give your details. You can start exploring this useful app right away! Tap on the map or logo on Home page and go to the map, where you can see nearby locksmiths based on your location on the map. You can also view a list of locksmiths. Once you locate the locksmith, tap on the locksmith marker and the app will provide details and ratings of locksmith. This information also includes genuine user reviews. If the information impresses you, go ahead and tap on the request service. A pop-up will appear and you can feed short description of service you want from the locksmith. For quicker service, you can call or send mail to the locksmith. Now it is locksmith to decide whether to accept or reject your service request notification, which will be sent to him immediately. If your service request is accepted, he is expected to give an ETA; and if he rejects the request, he has to provide reason for rejection. As a user, you will be notified of what action locksmith has taken after receiving the request. User can view the real time location of locksmith and the path from locksmith's location to user's location in the current order section. Once the locksmith finishes his job, he will mark the order as completed and user will be informed of the same. Finally, user will be requested to submit his feedback on the locksmith's service. Locksmith will be able to see the same feedback on his profile page. Please note that payment system is not integrated in the app. Locksmith is free and easy to use.
