The STOP (safe texting override protocol) application allows an administrator (parent, employer, etc.) to set parameters for mobile cell phone use. During installation, the administrator creates a password to allow exclusive access to setup and operation of the application. Once enabled, the application runs in the background and is activated when the phone device is traveling at a predetermined speed (speed adjustable during setup). When activated, a warning screen appears. It reminds the user that the device is moving at an unsafe speed and that distracting activities should be postponed until it is no longer moving. The user is given the opportunity to clear the warning screen and continue, but is warned that if they do, a notification (text message) will be sent to the administrator(s). The notification alerts the administrator that the STOP device is in use at an unsafe speed. It also indicates the device speed and time of occurrence.Download STOP- Safe Texting Application 0.11 APK
