Fight procrastination with SimplyFocus pomodoro countdown timer. This application is a pomodoro-based timer to help you manage your time, limit interruptions and complete tasks more efficiently. There are five steps to the technique: 1.Decide on the task to be done. 2.Set the SimplyFocus timer, traditionally one "pomodoro" equals to 25 minutes. 3.Work on the task until the timer rings. If a distraction pops into your head, write it down, but immediately get back on task. 4.If you have fewer than four sessions, take a short break (5 minutes), then go to step 1. 5.After four sessions, take a longer break.
