Simply fill out names, addresses, and settings such as: -Rent, deposit, late fees, due dates, etc. -Lease term: yearly, MTM, even weekly. -Utilities: specify landlord or tenant for each -Pets: cats, dogs, pet deposit -Restrictions: smoking, waterbeds, etc. -Parking spots or garages Create rental agreements for an apartment or house useful for landlords, real estate agents, or tenants that want to sublet. Save a lease to work on it later, or use one of 6 save slots to manage properties again and again. RentalPro fills out all of the names and details, creates a custom, ready to sign (or further edit) RTF (rich text) document, and saves it on the SD card. You then can send the form to your email, Dropbox, or any other configured application on your phone or tablet. RentalPro has been designed to be super easy to use and creates a legally effective lease without arduous legal-ease. Notes: This app requires SD card modification permission so it can save your lease. This software will only access the SD card in the RentalPro folder. Designed for use in the United States.
