My Location and Nearby Places gives you the ability to locate the most important daily life locations which you use while traveling or hanging out with friends. These places are the compiled to give you the ease to locate yourself and nearby locations to You. In this application you are able to find your current location by just connecting to the GPS and WIFI/GPRS. Map will display a marker at your current location and Orange markers which will locate the nearby places as you have selected from the Navigation drawer. You can view "My location" in Google Maps and also you can use list view to find out the distances between the My location and place you are looking for. We aimed to keep this application very simple in order to use less battery consumption and Network data.
