The Cornerstone Testing App allows doctors and their staff to have their patients securely take digital assessment tests. After a patient takes an exam a lock screen appears and the results of the test are faxed to the office. Once you setup an account your credit card is on file. On the first of every month you will be billed $10 for each test taken in the previous month. Patient tests can be viewed through the app in the "DAILY" and "REPORT" sections. Tests can also be refaxed and/or emailed from these sections. Current tests available in the app are the CESD, a Cognitive Assessment and a Fall Risk Assessment. To view tests in the app simply press the score of the test you want to see in the "DAILY" or "REPORT" section of the app. This app will work on any Android device running 4.0 or higher, but is optimized for tablets running 4.0 or higher. To start a test on a patient that has previously taken tests on the app, just enter the patient ID and start the exams. If the patient has taken exams on the app within the last 30 days a warning will appear. To continue past the warning just tap "START TEST" again and the tests will begin.
