Bizdar allows you to manage Salesforce Calendar offline on your Mobile Device. It is built on the standard Salesforce objects and fields: Task, Event, Lead, Account, Opportunity and Contact. This is the FREE Lite version, you cannot save or delete records. If you like it, please consider the full Bizdar. The first time you launch Bizdar, please be sure to have a good connection, the first loading will take sometime, after that you can use it offline for maximum speed. In the main page you can see a graphic representation of your week: -Events are in blue, the darker, the more events you have! -Tasks are in orange, bright orange are expired tasks and are visualized on the top of the grid. By clicking on a square you can see the events or tasks of the day or create a new event or task for the day. You can change day by clicking on it (which will open a datebox picker) or by tapping left and right arrows next to the date. On the top left of the main screen there is your phonebook, were you have your Leads, Accounts and Contacts. On the bottom of the main screen you can see the Online/Offline status (which you can manually change if wanted), the Sync button, the alert for Expired Tasks and the Config button. In the config screen you can edit the date format and the language. This is a LITE version, so you can actually choose only English, in the full "Bizdar" edition you'll also have: German, French, Spanish, Russian and Italian. Bizdar works on standard fields and values. Bizdar allows you to choose Leads, Accounts, Contacts and Opportunities as targets for Events and Tasks. Moreover It also has a phonebook where you can see Email and Phone of your Leads, Accounts and Contacts. As a general rule, if the value of a field is not recognized as a standard one, it is displayed as is (for instance the picklist values). Events have mandatory Subject, ActivityDate and optional Location, Notes and Invitees. On Subject you'll find anauto-complete which will suggest standard English values like "Call", "Meeting", "Other". While editing or creating an event you can also invite other Salesforce Users of your org. Tasks have mandatory Subject, StartTime, EndTime (which must be minor than StartTime, Bizdar checks for it), Status, Priority and optional Notes. The values are the standard English values, e.g. for Priority "High", "Normal", "Low". Leads will show their Name, Email and Phone, Leads are downloaded in this fashion: your Leads (up to 2000) and Leads you see (up to 2000). Accounts will show their Name and Phone (they don't have standard Email field). 2000 of your Accounts and up to 2000 of Accounts you see. Opportunities will be selectable by Name when you create a new Event or Task. Bizdar will download up to 1000 Opportunities that you see in Salesforce. Contacts will show their Name, Email and Phone. Bizdar will download up to 1000 Contacts that you see in Salesforce. Users will show their Name in the Invite Users to Event screen. IMPORTANT: 1) this App works with Salesforce, you need to have valid Salesforce credentials with API access.
