What's new in aHallmark 1.0.3

Minor bug fixes and updates to libraries. Fixed issue with keyboard covering Add/Edit Picture Activity. Thanks to Pauline for pointing out confusion when starting app for first time, now displays menu on first run and Usage Instructions until a record is created.
