For supported communities, residents may also make Rent Payments and report Maintenance Issues directly from the app. If your building uses ActiveBuilding Concierge you can see when deliveries have arrived in our Packages view. More features coming soon! Note: This app is intended for residents of ActiveBuilding communities. Staff and Enterprise users will be limited to resident functionality when logging in. Payments and Maintenance Issues are only available for supported communities. Please talk to your community management about adding this for your community.
